Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely happy with your LG system. If something isn't right, returning it is simple and your consumer rights across the EU are fully protected.
14-day right of withdrawal
Under EU consumer law you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without needing a reason. Simply let us know in the chat and we'll guide you through the return.
Condition of returns
To qualify for a full refund, items should be unused, in their original packaging and in resalable condition. Systems that have already been installed can only be returned if they are faulty.
Faulty or damaged items
If your product develops a fault or arrives damaged, you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund at no cost. Contact us with your order number and a short description and we'll arrange it immediately.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive the returned item. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 working days.
