1. About us
LGClimate is an independent official dealer of LG air conditioning equipment serving customers across Europe. LG is a registered trademark of LG Electronics.
2. Products & pricing
All products are genuine LG units. Prices are shown in your local currency and include VAT where applicable. We take care to display accurate prices and stock, but reserve the right to correct obvious errors before dispatch.
3. Orders & payment
A contract is formed once we confirm your order. Payment is taken securely through our third-party payment provider. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud or pricing error, with a full refund.
4. Delivery & risk
Delivery times are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. See our Shipping & Delivery page for details.
5. Warranty
Products carry the manufacturer's warranty plus any extended warranty offered at purchase. See our Warranty page for what's covered.
6. Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable EU and national law, including your right of withdrawal.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the European Union and the country of your habitual residence, where mandatory consumer protections apply.
