Free delivery across Europe
Every order ships free of charge to all countries we serve. Your items are fully insured in transit and packaged to LG's protective standards.
Delivery times
- Central & Western Europe: typically 2–4 working days.
- Southern & Eastern Europe: typically 2–5 working days.
- Delivery estimates are shown for your country in the top bar and at checkout.
Order tracking
As soon as your order is confirmed you'll receive an order number. Track its status any time on our Track your order page, or from your account if you're signed in — from payment received through to delivered.

Prefer a certified LG installer to fit your system? Let us know in the chat when you order and we'll arrange professional installation in your area, including a full test and walkthrough of your new system.
Delivery issues
If anything arrives damaged or your delivery is delayed, message us in the live chat with your order number and we'll resolve it right away.
